Requirements for participating in the 2025 Franklin County Chamber Christmas Parade:
- MUST complete an application before the deadline (Monday, December 1st, at 4:00 PM)
- MUST upload a copy of a valid drivers license
- MUST include proof of insurance for any vehicles that will be used in the parade
