Scholarship Applications are available each year from January – March:

  • Matt Hester Memorial Scholarship – Awarded to ONE Franklin County Schools Senior
  • Jim Webb Memorial Scholarship – Awarded to ONE Russellville High School Senior
  • Jr. Leadership Scholarship – Awarded to ONE RHS Senior & ONE FCS Senior who graduated from the Franklin County Junior Leadership Program

Watermelon Festival Pageant Applications are available in April – June. 
The Pageant is usually scheduled for the second or third Saturday in July.
