Franklin County Junior Leadership is a leadership development program designed to inform, motivate, and increase the community awareness of its participants. To ensure that class members reflect the diversity of the community, you are asked to specify your gender and race/ethnicity. 
Junior Leadership is for high school juniors only (apply sophomore year). Thank you for your interest.

Applicants are scored on the content quality of his/her application and the interview. Qualified applicants will be contacted by email for a personal interview. All applicants will be notified by email of the selection committee’s decision.
