Franklin County Junior Leadership is a leadership development program designed to inform, motivate, and increase the community awareness of its participants. To ensure that class members reflect the diversity of the community, you are asked to specify your gender and race/ethnicity.

PROGRAM CONSENT:

Attendance Requirements:

You are expected to attend all mandatory events, orientation, leadership team building, leadership skills, leadership graduation exercise, and all project days in their entirety while acquiring other service hours on your own.

In order to graduate from the program, participants must serve at: all mandatory events, six events from a county wide list, acquire at least 50 service hours, complete a scholarship resume, and write an essay.

Program Acceptance:

If you are selected as a member of the program, you will receive an agreement form specifying attendance and participation requirements as well as program guidelines.
